8th Street
Anyone know what's going on on 8th St btwn 8th and PPW? They have the whole block closed off with construction equipment and I saw lots of DEP vehicles.

dunno, but they closed down 6th street to put in some new pipes a few weekends ago...related?

I saw some work being done up... oh, about First street or so, on my way to the subway this morning. But I don't know about 8th.
