  • There's another one? Geesh, and no one let us know.

And I have plans tomorrow. Oh well.

Er. You can't make it because you have a performance in LI that night.
  • Actually, I have a baby party to attend in L.I. in the *afternoon*.

Oh wait. Dammit, I'm turned around.

You're right, Daver. I thought there was a house tour LAST month as well. And I *did* have a performance that night, but it was canceled.

    I feel stupid now.
  • Totally going! This is my first house tour and I'm so excited that it's in my 'hood. My whole family is going with.

Gotta give props to CHNA for the organization of these tours (not to mention the historic district.)

Also, this weekend, is open house NYC (www.ohny.org/weekend) and there will be tons open this weekend -- not just Saturday. I'm also going to try to get to the top of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch. Would also love to get to the Weeksville Heritage Center but that my be a bit much for my busy weekend.
  • We went it was great...
  • GREAT TIME!!!

I actually was only able to see one place -- I decided to volunteer for the rest of the time. However, I was able to speak with a number of people and get their insights. Gauging their reactions the tour was marvelous. When I have a bit more time, I am going to try to give more color.
  • House touring folk, won't you march next Saturday? Pretty homes are an asset, but an active community that cares about its precinct and dares to challenge the increasing level of violence on these streets is crucial. Won't you join us? Won't you be my neighbor?
