A Teacher's Workshop????
Subject: A Teacher's Workshop????
Hello,I'm a new teacher in Brooklyn, coming from Detroit, MI. Back in Detroit, we had what was called "The Teacher's Workshop" where anyone in the community could go to use their color copiers, lamination machines and Ellison Dies (To cut letters and shapes for bulletin boards, etc) and the cost was next to nothing.
Has anyone heard of something like that here? Maybe in a library or tucked away in the school's admin building?
THANKS!

Dont know if it is still there or if it suits your needs but doesnt hurt to check it out. There is a store on Livingston St near Jay St.,across from the Brooklyn Tabernacle Bookstore, that is solely a supply shop for teachers. Check them out. Sorry , forgot the name.
Howdy, Stranger!
