Halloween Participation
I live on Grand Ave in Clinton Hill. I would like to give candy to the children who are trick or treating. The landlord said he doesnt want any pumpkins on the stoop.How do I let the kids know we are participating? Any suggestions other than hanging out my 4th floor window (smile)?

Can you hang on the stoop? I know we usually only go to stoop doors, never past them. But that is personal experience.
