I have a BRAND NEW Washer and Dryer combo unit that is for sale, it is a 2-in-1, washes and dries in the same machine and came with our condo that we recently purchased. It was never even hooked up and has all the hoses available. Includes the Manuals and Warranty Registration Card. We basically needed a bigger model and wanted to sell this unit to alleviate the cost of the new one. Ideal for small spaces and does not require a dryer vent. Item is located in Bushwick (aka East Williamsburg)
