Bike/Car parking?

Hi, I'm moving to carroll gardens from park slope. We have a walk up with no bike storage outside. Does anyone know of a place that rents bike storage--like a bike shop where you can go & get your bike when you need it?

Or is there anyone with a driveway that would care to rent a bike spot near court st/2nd place? I know it's a long shot--but we're responsible people who will respect your property/space, if you're interested...

We're also looking to rent a parking spot in the area, so maybe we could combine that with a bike spot (even more of a long shot!)

...also, does anyone know of any monthly parking in the area?
