Couldn't have said it better myself! Its back on now though, right? Mine is anyways. Thinking they f-ed something up as a result of my appt yesterday I called and waited on hold for over thirty minutes just to be told there was trouble in the area, and oh yes I was affected. REALLY?!? Could have saved me time and more annoyance with their co by doing one of those little automated updates (we are having trouble...working to fix...appreciate your business. Hahaha). The rep could only say she would recommend to supervisor. Losers, jacka**es and a million other words I can't think of right now.
