Coffee Haus on Fulton (probably old news)

I'm new to CH and stumbled across Outpost Coffee lounge on Fulton between Grand and Classon. They've been open for 2 years and have GOOD coffee and a mellow coffeehaus vibe (wooden tables, mismatched chairs, DJ - am I in BBerg?)

Not sure if this should go on the PH site, but I thought it might be helpful for new people (like myself) to the blog and neighborhood.

outpostlounge.com they also serve food. check 'em out.

ps - the new Thai Place on Washington will deliver to Kingston and Eastern parkway!

The Thai place delivers here? What's the name of the place again?

I tried to order food for delivery for the first time last night and it took me HOURS. With my googlefu, I couldn't find a single restaurant (with the exception of Imhotep's, but they have $10 minimum delivery and I am full up after $7 worth of their food; it's why I don't order delivery from Chinese restaurants: food's too cheap to make the minimum delivery) that would deliver to the area. I ended up having to settle for pizza. And even then, by THAT time it was 10 PM, and the only pizza place I could find that was open (there was a place on Nostrand that I knew should have theoretically been open with an 11 PM closing time, but they didn't answer the phone) was Papa John's.

LeeHo was really unfair to me. I had a hard time trying to find delivery options for my area, not being that close to PH, when I was alert and healthy. I really don't know how I could have managed it when I was an absolute newbie and sick with the flu.

Udom. There's a thread with more info on the PH board -- shouldn't be too hard to find, it's on the first page of posts.

LeeHo hasn't posted in this thread and he has been pretty much behaving himself lately. Can we PLEASE not start stirring this up again? If you have a current problem with how another user treats you, please PM a mod or administrator rather than exacerbating the situation by posting about it.

Don't forget about Mendys across Eastern Parkway and the newish Press Toast place on Kingston, 3 blocks south of Eastern Parkway.
