Armed Robbery Franklin-Lincoln PL. 1 Perpetrator Apprehended

Tonite at around 8:00pm, Robbery of an Arizona Ice Tea delivery man. After Robbing the victim the perpetrator fled with cash and gun in hand. Due to the quick thinkin of Officers from the 77 pct, a perimeter was set up, and the perpetrator was apprehended on the rooftop of one of the buildings. Suspect was ID'ed and cash and a loaded 45. calibre glock was recovered. Nice Job guys and gals from the 77, keep up the good work!!!!

The funny thing is the Cops that caught the Robbery suspect,were in the middle of a Community meeting. They ran out of the meeting a caught the guy hiding in the snow on the rooftop, right off Franklin ave.

Update....The suspect was indicted on the Robbery/Gun charges and is being held on $150,000 bail.
