Lost Dog Found

My roommate found a dog last night around 11pm near the corner of Bergen and Hoyt. He's a chocolate/silver-colored dog and stands 2' tall at the shoulder. He looks like some sort of greyhound or Weimar-Reiner. He is wearing a red leather, brass/gold spiked collar and was wearing a choke chain when found. Unfortunately, no tags.

Does anyone know who this pooch belongs to?

Update: We found the owner. Or rather, he found us. Pooch safe at home.
