Veterinarian looking for pet friendly apartment

I have been looking for over 2 months for a pet friendly apartment within walking distance to the vet clinic that I work in on Atlantic Ave near Bond and Hoyt. My dog is a 70 lb ish..... he is kind..quiet...gets along with people and animals. I also have 2 kitties.
Ideally, a large studio or 1 bedroom, with outdoor space (garden apt would be perfect..) or very close to doggie park....
...10-15 minute walk to work...
... $1600 or less...
I realize that this is a hard order to fill but mayb there is a pet lover out there, looking for a good, reliable tenant...
