By the power granted to me as a result of incessantly posting on this board, I hereby propose that the Spring 2014 Brooklynian Happy Hour take place at the soon-to-open Z' Bar on Nostrand.

I am pleased to announce that an off line discussion has resulted in us not waiting until Z Bar opens to have the next happy hour.

We will go to Z Bar sometime this summer.

...but I see no need to wait that long to have a refreshing beverage.
