Ghost Bike on 5th Ave

I walked by the ghost bike on 5th Ave. It looked more run down than I remembered it. I think this was installed in 2005 (in memory of Liz Padilla)? So nearly 10 years ago... Maybe at this point there should be a ghost bike maintenance program.
