artists selling near grand army farmers' market?

i've seen artists set up with their tables on PPW (east side) right off the farmers' market at grand army. anyone know anything about them? or any particular ones? am going to head up and ask if they're a "group" or if people just show up, but was wondering if i could get some info here before next saturday rolls around.
