While I was walking by this lot, I managed to get a glimpse into the property. Some of the wooden fence had disappeared (probably due to one of the recent storms.)
This lot is still empty! It still is a lot that contains mounds of dirt. It appears not much has been done. According to the DOB, the last valid permit expired in 2015.
