Julio, grey and white cat up for adoption

Julio is about 4 years old. 
Neutered and vaccinated. 
He's very sweet and affectionate. 
His owner is subletting her place to people who have allergies and needs to have him re-homed because of that. 
We are giving him away for free, but we will be screening all potential adopters.
