According to a sign on Sterling Podiatric (currently 737 Nostrand between Sterling and St. John), the podiatrist will soon be moving to 780 Nostrand (the former ITAL SHACK).

Before 737 Nostrand was a Podiatric office, it seems to have been a hardware store:
