Hello --

I have an opportunity to land in a short-term sublet arrangement in a house on E. 4th St between Ave C and Cortelyou Rd. I'm mainly concerned about the subway station and walk to/from. Does anyone who lives in or is familiar with this area have any comments or pointers? Also, are there any decent super markets nearby with reasonable prices?
