International Women's Day (actual - 8 March) is a global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. If you've always wanted to try the beautiful art of Capoeira, please join us in celebrating International Woman's day this year with a free capoeira class designed especially for women on Saturday March 7th, 10am-12pm

Capoeira is an art designed to empower men and women alike, of all ages through the promotion of a martial arts and cultural lifestyle.

Join us for this free class to support one another through our common interests as women. Athleticism is not a requirement. This class has the flexibility to accommodate all ages and ability levels.
