I heard on the radio today that NY is having a shortage of blood, and that only about 2% of people eligible to donate do it so . . . bleed for your community already!

yeah, well, anyway it made me realize it's been a year or more since I gave blood

They run blood drives around the neighborhood, like very couple of months at the PSFC
