Join MoveNY and "Gridlock" Sam Schwartz for a discussion of an innovative plan to reduce traffic congestion and fund needed transportation and transit improvements in Brooklyn and New York City. The MioveNY "Fair Plan" promises a "faster, safeer, fairer and smarter" way to manage increasing demands on our transportation network.
