If you ever enjoyed a meal at Lincoln Park Tavern, you probably knew Alfredo. As the chef he had a hand in everything prepared in the restaurant from the day it opened eight years ago to almost the day it closed. Sadly, he passed away on January 30 after a long battle with stomach cancer. We called him the "warrior" because he was so strong. He barely ever missed a day of work and many people never even knew he was sick.

After living here for 19 years, we want to send Alfredo home to his final resting place in Mexico. Anything you can give will go directly to his funeral costs and Youcaring takes no percentage of your contribution. Thank you for anything you can donate!
