Scott Dershowitz, LMSW, CMC, is a certified geriatric care manager and licensed social worker based in New York City. He has been working in various capacities with older adults and people with disabilities since 2001. In his care management work, he draws from his unique experiences in the medical, policy, and social services worlds. He has worked extensively with care consumers, caregivers, formal care providers, policymakers, and consumer advocates.
