Spring into fitness with a free week of adult beginner capoeira classes.  If you've always wanted to try,  come to 1 or all of the free classes this week. 

No pre-registration is required, just show up 15 minutes before class starts and be ready to work out!

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday  6:45pm-8:45pm

Saturday 10am-12pm

All classes are held:

Brooklyn Frontiers H.S 

112 Schermerhorn St (bet Smith & Boerum Pl)

Downtown Brooklyn 

Just ring the bell at the entrance when you arrive.
