How stoned does a marijuana dealer have to be to send a 10 boxes of marijuana covered in peanut butter to either the wrong address, or in such a way that the manager picks them up as opposed to their intended recipient?

We may never know. ...but it is nice to live in a neighborhood in which this type of "silly" crime is now what keeps the police busy.
