"Brownstoner is looking for a writer and editor obsessed with real estate and lifestyle in Brooklyn. The Regional Editor and Brooklyn Reporter will report, write and edit news and features on topics such as history, architecture, real estate and lifestyle in Brooklyn and beyond, attend occasional evening events such as community board meetings, and take photos as needed several times a week.

Requirements:

*Three to five years of experience reporting and writing.
*Interest in real estate, architecture, interiors, design, Brooklyn and nearby areas.
*Copy editing or other editing experience a plus.
*Must live in Brooklyn.
*Must be a social media expert.
*Must be experienced with WordPress.
*Own camera or camera phone and bicycle and/or car for taking photos.

For real estate porn, The Real Deal and Curbed are even better. They presently have renderings for what the views will be like from units on 57th St, "Billionaires row".

Brownstoner at least includes some history and architecture pieces. In that way, Brownstoner is akin to Playboy.

...whereas Curbed is more akin to a modern x-rated video.
