Friends of Brower Park launches what it hopes will become an annual arts festival

"On July 12th, 2014 a small group of resident artists and supporters
formed a committee, an adjunct to the FRIENDS OF BROWER PARK, and
designated it the NORTH CROWN HEIGHTS FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS (NCHFA).
Through art we strive to bring community together.

Our mission is 1) to create a platform for handcrafted arts and crafts
at Brower Park, 2) provide an opportunity to engage a diverse community
on common ground, creating dialogue and an appreciation for each other’s
contributions, 3) to bring more visitors to Brower Park and expose it’s
rich history and value to the community.

The event will feature BATALANYC (www.batalanyc.com) and food vendors will be on site.

Funds raised would cover the cost of insurance, advertising/marketing and cleanup. Please help us reach our goal!"
