Selling My Portable Air Conditioner

I am selling my portable Amana Air Conditioner (http://www.pcrichard.com/Amana/Amana-10000-BTU-Windowless-Portable-Air-Conditioner/APN10J.pcrp).
I think it is 10,000 or 12,000 BTU.  I purchased it three years ago and
we no longer need it in our apartment. It works great, especially in
enclosed, medium sized rooms. It would  not really work well in an open
concept space or a very large bedroom. The unit works really well and is
in good, clean condition. The exhaust hose does not strongly connect to
the window adapter, but I think that can be fixed easily with some
know-how and screws. I bought it for around $400 and am willing to sell
it for $200 or best offer. If you are interested, let me know and I will
send you pictures and actual specs. Pick up is in Crown Heights North, near Eastern Parkway and New York Ave.
