Three shots fired. Shooter and others ran southeast toward Sterling.

The teen who was shot did not have the baby. He ran south on Franklin toward Sterling, where he eventually collapsed. The person I saw with a bloodied face was running north on Franklin and was carrying a baby. Whether he was a shooter, I do not know. He was a light-skinned African-American.
