I have recently learned that Conrad's Bakery is expanding its cake business.

Despite many of the "old" businesses closing, this one seems to be thriving. It is rapidly becoming something akin to Juniors.

Good for them! They are a fantastic bakery (second only to Trinidad Golden Place, in my opinion). And their cakes are glorious.
