Michael de Zayas teaches how to start a business in Crown Heights
Wanted to let everyone know about a talk coming up.
I'm sure you all know Michael (owner of Little Zelda, Hullabaloo Bookstore, Two Saints, Deck Salon, Nagel's Bagels, It Takes a Village), but he will be teaching about what it takes to start a business in the neighborhood and where he thinks there are still opportunities There's gonna be wine and it'll be in Hullabaloo this Thursday night at 7.
You can learn more on thinkolio.org. We're trying to bring interesting people to teach classes at coffeeshops and other small businesses in the neighborhood. We've also got some other classes coming up in Crown Heights soon.

Howdy! Michael here. I saw this and think it's worth mentioning that the start-up -- Olio -- that approached me to do this class is also a Crown Heights business. Chris and David live here and I think it's a brilliant model. Definitely check out their website.Cheers!
