New Building on Franklin Avenue where community garden once stood
You may remember that 730 Franklin Avenue was once the site of a community garden started by the Crow Hill Association. The garden was demolished over four years ago so the site could be developed. It took a minute but here it comes: a six story building on a row of four story buildings. No affordable units from what we can tell. All of this made possible by the recent upzoning of Franklin Avenue approved by the City Planning Commission.
