LA Burrito
WORST customer service I have ever experienced, hands down.
My boyfriend and I have tried this place a few times now. The last time our order was completely wrong and they had to correct the problem.
Last night we ordered for the last time. We called before placing our order to see if they could make a burrito without onions (he is allergic and they have done the same for us previously). They assured us they could. We ordered, got our food, and about two bites in my bf was in the bathroom. The burrito was riddled with raw onions. As if that wasn't enough the chips we paid for were completely stale and my burrito was also incorrect.
BF calls the restaurant to ask why the wrapper it came in had No Onions clearly written on it and to say that the chips were stale. The woman on the phone was pleasant and accomodating but in the background was the owner, Emmanuel. He said he was not willing to refund the price of the burrito without proof that there were onions in it and said he was sending his delivery person back to collect the food. He then continued to be loud and combative and say that there is no way this happened and he needed proof. I worked in food service for years and have NEVER seen such awful customer service.
Please order from Taqueria De Los Muertos on washington instead.
