If you attended our Affordable Housing Seminar back on June 11th at Hanson Place SDA, this is one of the affordable rental developments that was mentioned at the seminar going up at 7 DeKalb Avenue. Remember, Community Board 2 residents, get priority as a local resident (i.e.: if you live in zip codes 11201, 11205, 11217, 11238).
