Looking for apartment rental in Windsor Terrace

Hello! I've had some luck on the message boards in the past in looking for apartments in Brooklyn, and wanted to reach out to the community for potential recommendations.

My husband and I are looking for an apartment in the Windsor Terrace neighborhood of Brooklyn, either 1-2 bedrooms (no studios), ideally for Oct 1, possibly Sept 15. We have impeccable rental references, and are very good tenants. We've been in our current place for 5 years, and are just looking for a change of pace. Some additional information:

- We have 2 cats (very well behaved boys that don't scratch furniture or floors)
- Looking for something within 5-10 min walking distance of the F or R trains.
- Outdoor space would be ideal, though overall quality and condition of the apartment is more important.
- Our budget is generally within the 2400 - 2700/mo range.
