Whynot's favorite housing rights agency changes its name from PACC to IMPACCT

As a result of having worked in the affordable housing field, I have developed strong preferences for organizations that provide FACTS to tenants, as opposed to idealist missives on what rights tenants should have if the world was a just and fair place.

With that in mind, I would like to advise you that PACC has become IMPACCT, and now has its office in 1000 Dean.
