Hi.

I am a graduate student at Fordham University and I need to interview a parent/parents on their experience of having a child with a disability. This is an assignment for my internship and everyone else in my group has a contact to use but me.

I would need to talk to you for 15-30 min about having a child with a disability, what it is like, what services you use, or what services you would want to be available. I won't use real names so their will be no problem with confidentiality.

I need to do this by next week, so PLEASE contact me ASAP.

If no one on the board is able to help you I think there is a childcare facility called "Little Sprouts or something Sprouts" on 6th Avenue that care for children with disabilities. Good luck
  • I believe that part of the sprouts empire is called special sprouts.
  • i can confirm that it is Special Sprouts
  • I wouldn't be surprised if some of the larger organizatiosn for the developmentally disabled had a list of people who are comfortable speaking to the press or others also
