Clinton Hill Coops - Clinton Avenue South Campus - Questions Please
Hi, back again for helpful responses please (these questions for people who live in Clinton Hill Coops on Clinton avenue or have friends/families there and not for realtors.)
We are interested in a few listings in Clinton Hill Co-op Apartments - North and South Campus buildings. I understand that quality of unit itself in terms of its , size, high floor, light, renovated or not etc are important. In addition, I have following questions from "community" and comfort points of view:
1) Are there other reasons to prefer the units in south campus buildings? - for example power outages, shut down of heat, water or other utilities, snow removal, responsiveness to fix these maintenance problems, etc
2) Is there a feeling of community? Are there community events?
3) is there good participation of residents in co-op meetings,; does the board listen and respond/act to complaints of residents?
Thanks for your help.
