Finally went to Stone Park last night
That is a really sweet place. I see why it is noted. It was a good night to go out to dinner. All my fellow heebs were at temple and most of the restaurants were noticably slack. We got sat right away. I had the strip steak with corn bread (real corn inside) and avacado potato salad. The wine( Fleurie, Domaine des Grands Fers, Fleurie 2004) we sucked down was fantastic.
Best Rosh Hashanah ever!

Happy New Year!
It was good of you to resist the double pork offering of chops and tagiatelle . . . and the fried oysters with caperberries.
Me, I'm all about the treyf!
They have a fab brunch as well - bluefish cakes, biscuits with sausage gravy, great savory stuff.
treyf = “unkosher†in Yiddish
