THe flea market on 7th ave

Does anyone know how I can rent a space in the 7th Ave flea market btw 1st & 2nd street? Any info would be great.

There's one guy that runs the whole thing. You need to get a vendor's permit and 25 dollars and fill out an application. I forget the guy's name, I think it's Michael, but go there and ask any of the vendors and they'll point him out. At least that's how it was when I used to "vend" there.
