As readers are likely aware, I use Brooklynian.com to jabber about the demographic changes occurring in western Crown Heights, which I define as being west of Nostrand.     If you live east of Nostrand, I have nothing against the area where you live...

Here's my list:

I'm now at the point where it is time to take buildings OFF of the list. Number 3 is now occupied, Number 5 is now occupied. ...which means we are back at 18 again

Easily. The state started the formal procurement process in 2006, and it has now worked its way through the bureaucracy and the construction process for over a decade. ...this is what happens when the process is not tied to a profit or cost saving motives; I don't even want to know how much they have spent holding classes elsewhere while construction has dragged on.
