I was walking down flatbush the other day, the 'HELLO FLATBUSH' development is moving up pretty quickly. It looked like it had 4  of the six stories poured. That's pretty fast a lot of the other projects in the neighborhood took about two years to get moving, these guys did it in under a year.

Whoa, that is pretty darn speedy. I've been watching Hello Living ever since their project over on New York ave. They certainly have some interesting projects -- they have another one over on Albemarle that looks just about finished.
