thanks! A very interesting article about the projected future with deBlasio. IF you over look the constant inference that landlords are evil. Also, the author fails to point out that many of the house sales are by older owners(landlords) finally cashing in their life work in a once crime ridden neighborhood by selling their home at a great price and retiring to florida or elsewhere. I bought my building empty from a woman who owned 3 since the early 70's and was just cashing in an hard fought investment to better her life. The article makes plain how unprotected the city's lower class is against big money investors and politicians.

The same can be said for the poor wherever they live. ...the only difference is that here, those able and willing to pay more are present.
