"Pacific Park" and Flatbush Ave updates

Hi all - I haven't seen a thread about the Atlantic Yards / Pacific Park area here so I thought I would start a discussion. Here are a few things happening:

1. The new deli on the corner of 6th Ave and Dean street looks to be open or opening soon! Looks pretty nice in side but haven't ordered anything yet.
2. Fencing on 6th ave between Dean and Pacific is down and the sidewalk is open - hoping for some action soon!
3. The entire block by Shake Shack has been demolished - anybody know what is coming up there?
4. What else is going on in this part of BK?

Yea, it's a great site! He really only covers the residential and construction updates. I'd love folks to report on new businesses popping up!
