Development on Troy Ave

Looks like quite a bit is happening on the southern end of Troy Ave. New kosher ramen/pho/udon place called Pho-Men on Troy, just a few doors down from the awesome Izzy's BBQ: https://www.facebook.com/phomenontroy/

Looks great, but as is often the case with higher-end kosher, quite expensive (especially for soup). Regardless, this area is in dire need of quality sit down dining options so I'm greatly looking forward to it (even though it'll likely be closed for some or all of Fridays and Saturdays).
Additionally, right across the street looks to be a new apartment building. The current building is still there, but completely gutted, so I'm guessing they're keeping the existing foundation.

Unfortunately the planned residential building at 341 Troy looks to be dead in the water, so it's still an empty field surrounded by a chain link fence. Anyone have any idea if there are other plans for this massive empty lot?

Only yesterday realized there’s a new kosher sandwich/shakshuka/coffee cafe just north of Eastern Parkway on Troy that opened a couple months ago. I tried it out. Good stuff - will certainly be returning. https://www.chmozzarella.com
