need advice/home for a fire-escape cat

A scraggly-looking but very sweet & affectionate cat began showing up on my fire escape a few weeks ago (I'm on the 3rd floor.)

Whenever the cat sees me in the window, it starts meowing hysterically and is desperate to come in. I've begun letting it in regularly to feed it, and once it comes in and eats and when i start petting it, it calms down. In fact, it is incredibly affectionate and rubs itself against me constantly, and even goes in my lap. But as soon as I let it out again, it starts meowing again hysterically.

I cant keep her because my cat doesnt get along with other cats. I've rescued another cat from my fire escape before, but I dont have the money this time around to take it to the vet/get checked up/spayed/shots, etc. I spent over $200 for the last cat and I cant afford to do that again.

Does anyone know of a place that will take the cat in, and get it checked up/spayed, etc, and/or be willing to find it a home (no-kill only)? I'd be willing to keep it in my house till it gets a home as long as its checked up and tested first for diseases (i will separate the cat from my cat in the apt.)

Or, is anyone interested in adopting this cat? Any advice appreciated. I have pics of the cat and will send if you PM me.
