5th Avenue Committee are really landlords

The 5th Avenue Committee, those tenant advocates, own over a dozen buildings in Park Slope.

THey are pretty easy to spot. You have nice buildings, and then you have a slum. Guess which building is theirs?

They are a bunch of hypocrites who rely on government funding, and now find that they have to evict their tenants with the very tactics that they accused owners of doing.

They pay no taxes, by the way.

This group has to be exposed for the phonies they really are.

The biggest slumlord in Park Slope is the 5th Avenue Committee.
