Beautiful Large Studio Space in DUMBO Seeking More Artists

DUMBO studio w/ great amenities for $250- $325 a month.

Space is available immediately.

Seeking artists who do not create much noise or dust (e.g., no heavy machinery) and who will enjoy a multi-user studio with individual spaces and some privacy—but no tall walls or other impediments to the open plan feel.

Spaces run approx. $250-$325 per month for between 80 and 110 square feet (depends on location of the space) including all utilities and local phone. Wireless also included.

Brand new 5 year lease w/ only $15 increase in rent per year guaranteed. But, lease will only require you to commit to 6 months up front—so you have flexibility to stay or go.

I have run a similar space for 3.5 years (I’m a painter) and have had lots of success. Despite large number of artists, the space is rarely (if ever) crowded.

Renovated Building with nice floors (ok to get paint on them), clean & new stainless steel & tile bathrooms, 24/7 access, freight elevator. Absolutely no living.
