Anyone up for a morning run?

My ass is getting wider and so I'm looking for someone willing to do a morning run. Perhaps 6:30 or 7am for about 30-45 minutes. I'm more of a jogger at this point in my life and just really could use some company (and incentive to stick to it). Who's up for a jog either around Brower Park or up Eastern Pkwy a couple of days a week?

mizmargaux and i have have tried getting this going, i say tried cause the 6am thing is no fun but my love handles aren't really giving me any love anymore! we usually let each other know the day before we're going through PM or text message...we meet at 6:15 on park place and classon and go for about 30-45 minutes. it sounds like we've gone a few times, but really only once! hahaha it's hard to get up, but it's so worth it when you're done! we could def. use another to motivate us, well me at least mizmargaux is a true runner i just pretend to be one ...our thread about this is on the PH board page 2 (don't know how to attach it)

Must admit that after I posted this I caught a wicked fall cold that knocked me down for a couple of days. Never managed to get running after that. I bought new pants instead.

At least your cold didn't prevent you from sweeping leaves from the sidewalk in front of your house yesterday ;-)

Hey... I'm a new resident, and I have more ambition than discipline... which is why I need you all to suck it up and start running again =P

I say you all give me a reason to get up and run (and I, you)... ... ... maybe start it up after new years? It'll make a splendid resolution!

(For the record, I'm a relative youngin, and a relative light-weight when it comes to exercise... but if you want a talkative partner who'll make the jog / run go by quickly, I'm your boy!)
