is anyone in a band?

my band, who by fire, is looking for cool bands, preferably from brooklyn, to play shows with. we're just starting to get gigs and play out, but we're experienced in the band playing scene in new york and we know how much it sucks to play to an empty room in a lame club. so, we're trying to get around this by hooking up with other bands in similar situations and cross promoting, cause our friends have seen our band already, but they might be more willing to come out if we say we're playing with a band that's really cool you haven't heard before, and the same goes for your friends, you get the idea. anyway, so if you're in a band or if you know anybody in any cool brooklyn bands, send me a message or better yet go to our http://www.myspace.com/whobyfiremusic page and send us a message there
